i had the same issue with one plus one on debian stretch and installer version 0.1.21-beta. apt install adb fastboot my device was not detected, so i followed these instructions then i downloaded the sources before launching i needed to change the port in src/adb.js from const PORT = 5038 to const PORT = 5037 enable developer mode on device. Make sure you are in fastboot mode before using fastboot devices for device to show up. If it still does not show up, looks like you don't have the fastboot driver properly installed.
